Mariner of the Seas Dining Question

Does RC ever offer the BOGO 2 night dining special on the Mariner of the Seas.  I checked my cruise planner and I see a 3 night dining package for $75 or the Ultimate Dining package for $99.  This is a 4 night cruise and I was hoping for the 2 night package like RC offered on the Harmony.  If anyone has been on the Mariner, do they offer dinner package specials if you sign up on the first day of the cruise.
