Grill and pizzeria in cooler climes

This is more a general question, but as a P&O cruise is highest up on my list for my next potential cruise, I figured I'd ask it here.

 

In 'colder' weather - so not raining, just not sun bathing weather, 'shoulder season' I guess, do the likes of for example the Lido Grill and Pizzeria on the Britannia open?

 

Only ever cruised during summer but I do like a burger!

Ventura's lido grill and pizzeria were both open in January on the final days of our way back from the Caribbean.
