Which Specialty Dining Restaurant is used for Suite guests for Breakfast/Lunch depends on the ship. On my December Sun sailing, the breakfast/lunch for suites was Le Bistro, not Cagneys. I guess some people do not realize the smaller ships do not offer lunch at any of the specialty dining rooms for the standard cruiser. I was on the Pearl just over a week ago. Teppanyaki and Sushi were open for lunch at least some of the days. I think Chin Chin was as well, though I don't know if you consider that a specialty restaurant.
