Spirit Questions?

Does anyone know about what a taxi from the San Diego Airport to the ship cost? Also if Valentines day is on Tuesday of an 8 day cruise sailing on a Sunday, will that be the 1st formal night? We are at see and not to 1st port till next day.

Can't answer your question directly, but you can see the airport from the cruise terminal. Some (very few) people might even say that they're in walking distance of each other. It will be about as cheap as a cab ride can be.

Well, the Las Vegas Strip is within sight of the airport, but I wouldn't want to walk :) . It's really close-- under $10 (probably $7 or $8) and 10 minutes.

We just got home from our Spirit cruise last night. The cab from the airport to the terminal was $7.50, and from the terminal to the airport was $9.50. The difference in price (both were through Yellow Cab company) was due to sitting in traffic on the way to the airport.
