Symphony - can't book Chops or Jamie's Italian???

We are going on the Symphony of the Seas in June and I've been trying to book Chops or Jamie's Italian for months, and neither one is showing up to this very day.  When I talk to RCI, they just tell me "keep checking back" - the pre-cruise folks have no clue.   Is anyone else experiencing this same issue on the Symphony?   I know it's not because they're sold out for the entire cruise.  I'm just hoping they aren't being shut down for some reason on that cruise...any meaningful info or experiences would be appreciated.   Again, this is for the Symphony.  Thanks.

Keep checking, the various reservations show up in the Cruise Planner at seemingly random times.

Don’t worry too much. They only allow 30-50% of total time slots prior to boarding. After embarking, just head to any specialty restaurant to make or alter reservations. Easy peasy

We are on the June 22nd sailing and we have booked reservations for both Vhops and Jamie’s.
