You down with OBC?

Recommended Posts

Booked with a large group for later this year, depending on time of booking, some of us had OBC, some did not.  No big deal - cookie crumbles and all that... here's the issue though - some group members showed double the credit - system let them use it,  next day email from Royal saying they owed the other half of their credit because it had changed.  Calls to Royal reps resulted in nothing.  Think Guest Services onboard can assist? Receipts clearly show the available credit.

This is no different than a bank accidentally depositing money into your account when it was supposed to go elsewhere.  You were not due the credit, thus you should not be upset that they took it back.
