No big deal - cookie crumbles and all that... here's the issue though - some group members showed double the credit - system let them use it, next day email from Royal saying they owed the other half of their credit because it had changed. Calls to Royal reps resulted in nothing. Think Guest Services onboard can assist? Receipts clearly show the available credit. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
