Edge Elite cocktail hour

Hello! Any recent Edge cruisers that can confirm where the Elite cocktail hour is or are the drinks loaded on your card?

We just got off the Edge. The Elite cocktail hour is held in the Club. As far as vouchers are concerned, we didn't pay much attention to whether 3 were loaded on the card since we had the beverage package but It seems that I remember reading on the card listing the Elite perks in the cabin that you can get unlimited drinks in any of the eligible lounges during the happy hour from 5 to 7. Maybe someone can clarify that.
