Deck 8 on Bliss - Balcony Guarantee Question

I just requested a quote for a balcony guarantee on the Bliss.  The price dropped and it shows on the NCL website it would be on deck 8 only.

 

If you have stayed in a balcony on Deck 8 could you please tell me the pros/cons.  The difference in price from a guarantee inside is a total of $400 which seems like a good price.  

 

Thanks for any responses!  Once I booked a mini-suite guarantee and was awarded a spa-mini-balcony suite on the Epic.  That will probably never ever happen again.

In my opinion Deck 8 is a great location,  the waterfront is on 8, casino 1 floor down.  Whenever I can I will always stay on deck 8, on all of the Away class ships.
