Wondering what the rules are for purchasing OBC, we are cruising in two weeks and the CDN exchange rate is horrible.

As far as I can see Royals rate is much better

What are the rules for getting my cash on board.

If you want cash onboard before the last day, you would have to go to the casino and ask for an advance against your onboard account.  They normally change 5% for this, but waive that charge if you have a cash type onboard account.

 

If you want cash on the last afternoon or evening, you can get a refund of all your remaining refundable OBC from Guest Services.

 

OBC that you purchase is fully refundable.
