Star Princess Formal Nights

Are the formal nights on the Star Princess at a certain time? We do have any time dining and was wondering if we had to make reservations for a certain time on formal nights.

Was on the Star 8th January cruise - reservation system is the same every evening. Either phone in the morning, or just turn up. As we were willing to join at a table with other people, we didn't need a reservation and never waited for a table.

 

If you want to have your own table, then you probably need to make reservations if you don't want to wait at all.

 

Joining with other people is fun and it is interesting to meet people from all over the world.

Love boat dream desert is out of this world. I would not recommend getting it until you have tried some others. Once you have it nothing else is as good.
