Booking spa treatments and specialty restaurant on Epic - below 90 days

I now have 89 days left til our western Med cruise on the Epic and wanted to book a spa massage and specialty restaurants.   From recent cruisecritic searches, it showed I can book this stuff within 90 days. 

 

Do I need to book this stuff on the first day of the cruise?  I thought everything can be done online these days?

You can book it online thru my ncl, once you’ve created your account.

You could have made your dining reservations 120 out from your cruise.  Go into your reservation in MYNCL and you will be able to make your reservations.

Yeah, I already have a login account.  I booked a bunch of excursions already, but nothing available for anything else like spa.

Spa treatments with USA bookings can only be booked on the ship. You should be able to book dining but not all times will be available. You can book both dining and spa treatments the first day.
