Divi Little Bay - prices for snorkel gear, kayaks, wave runners?

Our cruise will be stopping in St. Maarten in a few weeks and we are planning to take a taxi to Divi Little Bay.  I've been able to find the taxi prices and chair/umbrella rental prices from other posts, but does anyone know the prices to rent snorkel gear, kayaks, and wave runners?  I have seen an excursion (not through Royal) that is $45 each and includes chair/umbrella/snorkel gear/kayak (not transportation to the resort), but I'm wondering if it would be cheaper to just show up there and purchase only what we need "a la carte", since not everyone in our group will want to kayak or snorkel.  Any info on these prices would be appreciated!
