canadaman111 Posted March 27, 2019 #1 Share Posted March 27, 2019 Looking at the five person rooms. They all say the 2 twin beds cannot be pushed together to make a king when both uppers are used. Is this true? When looking at videos on YouTube of these rooms there are numerous examples of the beds as a king with both uppers down. Just a little confused
cruisecheap Posted March 28, 2019 #2 Share Posted March 28, 2019 I stayed in a five person room on the Fantasy a few years ago and had the beds together, two pull downs in use and a tremble bed(I think that is what the call the fifth bed). So, it can be done.
thehappierhomemaker Posted March 28, 2019 #3 Share Posted March 28, 2019 They will push them together no problem from our 7+ cruises. We usually sleep on the king (two pushed together) while our three boys sleep on the upper and lower pullmans and one on the trundle or couch. The upper pullman does hang over the king pretty good so watch your head, that's probably why they don't suggest it online. Incidentally, we have lately been booking adjoining 2/3 person rooms at pretty much the same cost as a room for 5 and SO much more comfortable!
