NCL Epic Beds

I am considering a sailing on the Epic, but the negative reviews are making me think otherwise.  While I take comments regarding food and staff with a grain of salt, my biggest concern at the moment is the size of the bed.  I am 6'3'', and I think it will be a deal breaker to have the lower part of my legs hanging off the end of the bed.

Can any tall people who have sailed on the Epic please weigh in on this???

Any other comments on recent Epic sailings would also be appreciated

Thanks!

We sailed on Epic last February. My husband found that if we pulled the bed down from under the headboard it made a big difference. The way the bed is set up, the top of the bed where your pillow goes slides under the headboard area a few inches. It gives you more room in the cabin during the day, but we would pull the beds down at night. It made a big difference for my husband. He is 5 ' 10 ".

It was over a year ago, but I really enjoyed our trip on Epic. I was pleasantly surprised after reading all the reviews. We had a room with the bed near the balcony. This really made the bathroom setup a non-issue for us.
