tenyears Posted January 22, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 22, 2006 Worth it? Not? We've been on one cruise before, and it was 10 years ago (honeymoon), my husband had a stomach virus that started on our wedding day, so I don't remember a lot of the cruise. As far as the first hour or so goes.....do you go to your room, have time to get settled, then go back out to the decks for the departure? If you order a bottle of wine/champagne or whatever, do you just pour yourself a glass and take it out on the deck with you? If you don't purchase a package ahead of time, do they sell glasses of champagne? Thanks :)
