Relaxing beach for sun and cigars

Looking for a beach with loungers, shade, food, and cigar friendly.

Mambo, Blue Bay, Kokomo are all close to port if you aren't renting a car. Smoking is permitted on beaches here (and I am sure you do this but) please remember to toss the cigar stub in the trash not on the beach.
