Cayman Spirits Co. Question(s)

Has anyone taken a cab from the port to Cayman Spirits Co?  If so, what was the cab fare?

 

Also, does anyone recommend anything either on the way, or back other than Royal Palms Beach Club or Calico Jacks?  We've been to Grand Cayman a couple of times and have been to Stingray City, Rum Point, Hell, etc. and we are doing water activities in all the other ports.  Just looking for something unique while in Grand Cayman.
