Free at Sea 3rd and 4th person

We have booked a cruise with the Free at Sea Premium Beverage package for the 1st and 2nd passengers. Do we have to book the Premium package for the 3rd and 4th person, or can we just book the soft drink package or no package at all? All 4 are adults.

 

The cruise is in Europe and booked from Europe (including gratuities on the Free at Sea packages), if that matters.

The requirement for everyone to get the beverage packages only applies if you are purchasing them. If they come as a promo then you don't have to get them for the other people..

 

Of course, the other two people will have to purchase their drinks as they go, but that will very likely be cheaper than buying the package at current rates.
