Booking specialty restaurants

What is the best way to make reservations after boarding. We are in a Junior Suite on the Symphony Nov. 2019

Or use the Royal app.    Did this in March on the Liberty and it worked out very well.

Pick up any phone on the ship, punch "customer service" the person answering can make your reservation for you anywhere you'd like. Simple. Takes just seconds.

How do you get someone to answer the phone in "customer service" on day one?  If there is no table set up to sell/help when I board I do what Bob suggested, go to a specialty restaurant.

Don't really have an answer for you, except they've always answered for me. What I used do is ask for the restaurant you want the reservation at but many times the restaurant won't pick up. It's not necessary, though, because the person answering CS can make any reservation you like.  Also, you can make a reservation anywhere you like at any restaurant on board, including the main dining room. Heck, I think even a bartender can make a reservation for you. (could be wrong about that one.)
