Hi

I wondered if anyone knew the current price of Davidoff cigars on QM2 and whether one can but in the duty free for use in the cigar lounge?

Also are there  limits on what one can buy to take home?(Not that I want multiple boxes but have other duty free to get too)

Cheers

If you buy them duty free (in the event they carry them) on board, they will be delivered to you on your last day at sea. I recommend you buy them before hand if you wish to smoke them in Churchills. I don't know what the current U.K. limits are on bringing cigars into the U.K. perhaps UK Border Protection has something on their web site.

☹️ Oh how disappointing.

Thanks Big Mike

I knew duty free drinks get delivered last day but had thought one could purchase tobacco products for use onboard

Yes you can  --  at least you could last Xmas. They sell individual cigars in Churchills Lounge

😄 Thanks Vannerhawk

I shall cross fingers and hope - travelling to celebrate a big birthday and the lady likes the occasional cigar 😊

Sorry I misunderstood. I thought you were interested in Davidoff in particular. Yes there are cigars for purchase in Churchills.

Hi. You can not smoke duty free cigars as you will not pick them up until the cruise ends. I was in the Churchill Cigar room. A steward told me they had about 30 varieties, ranging in price from $30 to $75 USD. Not sure if your brand was there. I was about to purchase a cigar, when someone in the room gave me a cigar from his personal supply 🙂

He advised me that the same cigars  were about 50% less in the stores downstairs on the ship. If you buy in cigar lounge, they will be the most expensive.
