Credit card points redemption

Around a month ago we called royal to redeem points towards the balance of our cruise. Never recieved an email confirmation. And today I see the balance has not changed. Is this normal? Or do i need to call them back? Tia

Call the redemption people at 888-305-4626.

If you are booking a “last minute” cruise (after final payment date) and want to pay all of the fare with points how do you do that? (Redeem a “free cruise for two” after the typical final payment date.)

You would have to pay for the cruise in full, then apply the points and get a refund to your credit card.

 

I would also confirm this process is still valid with the redemption people:  888-305-4626
