Online Check in

I have tried multiple times to access the online check in for our cruise and have not been successful yet!!

Is everyone else having this issue? We still have 2 months before we leave. Am I trying too early? The CS 

agent said it should be available.

So, I was having this problem as well, and here's how I got around it.

 

Get your reservation number and DO NOT log into the website.  Instead, go directly to the "Web Check-In" tab at the top of the MSC page. Fill out the form with your reservation, First and Last name as prompted. 

 

That's the only way I could get it to work. If I logged in and then clicked on the web check in, it would redirect until it failed.  Hope that works for you.
