Mexican Riviera - Time zone changes?

Has anybody been to the Mexican Riviera recently on the Mercury (or any other Celebrity ship) and know if the ship changes time in Puerto Vallarta to be that of local time - which is an hour ahead? We'll be there in early March and don't want to our excursion (booked independently).

We just got back from this cruise last month. After leaving San Diego, you set your clock ahead one hour and then another hour before arriving in Puerto Vallarta. So PV is 2 hours ahead of SDG (Central standard time). We did the Vallarta Adventures Canopy tour (Zip lining) in PV Thru the ship and it was fantastic!
