NCL JOY go cart noise?

Just read a Joy review about too much rumbling noise in a cabin and they traced it to the go cart track! (The reviewer didn’t state which deck their cabin was on)

Our cabin is on the back side of the ship, but on deck 14, ANYBODY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE GO CART NOISE ON DECK 14 in their cabin?

would like to know while we still have time to switch cabins if necessary.  (What hours do the go carts run anyway, it may be a moot point if they run 9am - 8pm)

We were in H6 on deck 14 and it was totally quiet.  Never even knew we had neighbors (our cabin was a connecting room, and we never even heard a door, conversation or anything!)  Sure didn't hear the go carts.  14 is good!!
