tomk3212 Posted June 13, 2019 #1 Share Posted June 13, 2019 Has anyone who sailed on the April 27th TA from NYC on the Getaway received any compensation for their airline change fees, extended hotel stays, etc that NCL promised us? Recall that NCL cut this cruise short by two days from 12 days to 10 & offered us up to $300/pax for airline change fees and/or hotel fees. The 25% off the cruise that was promised plus my DSCs for the 2 days were credited to my credit card very quickly. However we also put in a compensation request (using the URL link NCL sent us) for around $500 for the two extra days we spent in a London hotel. I was just wondering if any other pax that were on this cruise who've submitted claims have received any compensation from NCL yet. No criticism of NCL intended as there were 3000+ pax on the ship & I know it takes awhile to process all the claims. I was just wondering if anyone else who's in the same boat as us (pun intended..lol) has heard anything from NCL yet. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
