CanadianKLM Posted June 14, 2019 #1 Share Posted June 14, 2019 We booked our March 2020 cruise with a travel agent and I can't seem to see the payment details on the NCL website. The reservation appears, but not the deposit paid, nor the amount (and date) of the balance. Am I looking in the wrong place or does it not appear if you're dealing with a travel agent? snirpville Posted June 14, 2019 #2 Share Posted June 14, 2019 It normally doesn't appear on MyNCL. NCL will send confirmation of everything paid to your Travel Agent who should forward it to you. If you make additional payments, new confirmations are sent out and your TA should forward them to you again. All payments go through your TA and the TA is the one to give you updated invoices and such. NCL.com only shows that info for bookings they control - those either made on NCL.com or with a PCC.
