Looking for a Different Shore Excursion in La Spezia -- Cooking/Pasta Making

Hello All,

We are just starting planning for our grand European adventure 357 days from now on the Oasis of the Seas.  We have booked Naples, but are looking for a cooking class/pasta making class or something hands on (and less museum-heavy) for our day in La Spezia.

Does anyone have any recommendations for something like this?

It would take some doing (a train and a cab ride) but I'd HIGHLY recommend https://www.cucina-italiana.com/ in Lucca. Still high on our list of all-time favorite days!
