Rental Car and Independent Shore Excursion

I will be in St. Thomas Feb. 9 on Explorer of the Seas. The itinerary shows us in port 8 - 5 "Eastern Ship Time" which is 9-6 local Atlantic time. Will I be able to pick up my rental car at AVIS across the street and make it to Coki Beach in time for a 10:00 a.m. (local time) Snuba trip?

 

How long does it take to get off the ship at Havensight and walk across to the mall to the rental car location? How long does it take to drive to Coki?

Havensight to Coki is about a 12-15 minute drive in low traffic.

 

The walk from the ship/dock accross the street to the Avis location takes like 3 minutes.
