Anyone get a Full Refund on NCL Cuban Cancellation Cruise?

When the Cuba cruise got cancelled NCL sent a letter saying one of the options was to get a Full refund.  I chose that option.  Now it looks like they will not refund $198 of the trip insurance cost even though no trip was taken to be insured which was purchased through them.  Anyone have this same experience with NCL?

No experience here, but those people who were refunded their cruises on the Pearl were not refunded the trip insurance.
