FLL to Radisson Miami

We may end up flying into Ft. Lauderdale for our cruise in July. My question is, what is the most economical way for us to get to our hotel? I have found a flight out of Myrtle Beach, SC for 112.00 pp. I am trying not to get soaked at the airport trying to ge to the Radisson. I really don't want to rent a car, as we are sailing the next day. Hey, I know.. Any CC'ers live around there that could give us a ride?? Well no soaking and lots of fun! Actually

WE flew into FLL last year and caught the train from the airport (there is a free shuttle bus to the train terminal) It's then only $3/pp to Miami, and there is a free shuttle transfer to the airport etc.

We are staying at the Radisson downtown this year, and it's on the train line (so they say). So it should be very economical after all. Also the Radisson has a free airport shuttle. So if you take the train to Miami Airport you could then get the hotel to pick you up there. Very cheap, and lots of fun!

Good luck!

We are taking a limo.. because there are five of us this year.. it is just as costly for the carnival transfers.... or the limo.

(But that train idea sounds like a good one too!)

Well bad news about the Radisson I guess..

Either 1) My travel agenet lied to me.
or 2) the person at the Radisson I talked to didn't know what he was talking about.

but they say that they are on the train line, but not the one that is from the airport.
Also they say they do not have a free airport shuttle, they recommend super shuttle for about $20.

so I guess I need to figure out other options. At any rate, just wanted to update you all. I personally tho, still recommend the train from FLL it was great

Thanks Lily

I hope it's a great room still, and can't wait for the roof-pool. Although it's Radisson you know, how bad can it be ?
