going back to St. Thomas in '07..

last time we did Godfrey's tour (which was AWESOME, I'd highly recommend it) but this time we'd like to head over to St. John's for some beach time. Can someone give me the scoop on ferrys, where to go and how to get there? I'm putting together a "pitch sheet" to give to friends and family to try to get them on an '07 Destiny cruise. Thanks.

Hello,

You can find the ferry information for St. John at http://www.*****/general_usvi/interisland_ferry/.

For the Red Hook Ferry you'd need to take a taxi from the cruise dock to the ferry. For the Charlotte Amalie ferry; it depends on where you were docked. If at Havensight you can take a taxi for a short 6-8 minute drive or walk it, takes about 35 minutes. From Crown Bay you'd take a taxi. If you were anchored in the harbor you'd be tendered in to the waterfront and could walk to the ferry departure area which is on the waterfront.
