TonyB17 Posted July 25, 2019 #1 Share Posted July 25, 2019 The last cruise to Alaska, I had an ocean view, not a balcony. I'm wondering what people have experienced with balcony cabins on the Bliss as far as outside light bleeding in. I know you can clothes pin the curtains, but I'm just wondering how dark it will be in the early morning. Thanks!

Jen731 Posted July 28, 2019 #3 Share Posted July 28, 2019 We had no issue whatsoever. Didn’t bring any clothespins. Quite dark with the curtains closed. The one night we didn’t close the curtain completely we knew about it at 4 am when it started getting light, but we usually have our curtains wide open at home so a little light doesn’t bother us. ppcox Posted July 28, 2019 #4 Share Posted July 28, 2019 We had a Balcony on the Bliss last year and I can’t remember it being a problem . I have black out drapes at home so I really think I would have remembered. Sorry can’t be more sure.
