Manhattan Highlights and Transfer to Airport (EWR)

Has anyone done the Manhattan Highlights and Transfer to Airport (EWR) through Celebrity Excursions? We are thinking of booking this, but would need to change our flight before midnight today.  It would be cool if they let us get out to walk around and take pics, but if we are just sitting on a bus driving by then we wouldn't do it. The description is confusing.  It mentions driving by places we would love to see, but nothing about getting off.  However, it says the tour is 4 hours and to wear walking shoes and sunscreen.  ??

We did it but it was pouring rain.   We got off a few times to walk around it wasn't bad it filled the time.  We may have had more time to walk around but like I said it was pouring and pretty cold so the desire to get out and walk around wasn't very high.
