I just booked an aft on Conquest. Our balcony is 60 sq ft. You can also book the room with the stairs infornt of it I think the balcony is 75 sq ft. on them. This will be my first cruise so nothing to campair it too.

What floor are you on? I am booked on the Conquest Sept 3rd sailing. I am curious to know what the rooms look like so maybe you can send pics when you return that would be great.

Thanks, Margie:)

I'm also interested in information from anyone who has cruised in an aft cabin (D-1) on any of the RCL Radiance Class ships, particularly on deck 7. Was there any noice from the clubs below? How was the view looking down to the water?

you are right about the Mercury family ocean view not having a balcony....but the floor we were on actually had a deck outside our room. We would put our kids down for a nap, take the monitor walk out our room and sit out on the deck outside our cabin. My hubby would run up and grab us some lunch! Almost no one knew the deck was there but us 8 or so in the back, and like some one else said, what people dont know about they wont come all the way back to see. It worked out great and if I ever go on the mercury again that is the floor we will be on!
