We are docking in Phillipsburg.  How far is it to go to Simpson Bay from the port?

All depends on traffic.  Can be a 15-20 min bus/taxi ride or it can be 30-45 min.  Depends on time of year, number of ships in port, and time of day.  Peak season with two to three big ships in port plus a million yachts and the bridge opening all the time it could take even longer.  You should allow at least one hour of travel time to get back to the ship.  Some people will suggest even more than that to be safe.
