Sofabeds on Navigator

We are considering a cabin for 4 ppl on Navigator in January.  Are the sofabeds still awful?  My sister and I shared one on the Explorer a few years ago and the "mattress" was the cushioned seat and back of the sofa.  It was fairly uncomfortable.  Plus, the sofabed was setup in such a way that we were sleeping lengthwise, so it was kinda awkward.  Are the sofabeds in suites any better?

Same sofabeds in suites and balcony staterooms.  I don't think two adult sized people would be comfortable in one of those sofabeds.

I wasn't sure if RCI amped up the sofabeds along with the rest of the ship.

From what I read, they did not make wholesale changes to the staterooms, just replaced/repaired what was needed.

Do we know if all the sofabeds on Navigator are the kind that you sleep lengthwise on?

So, I was told by a RCI rep that the sofabeds on the Navigator are the type you have at home (the better type with an actual mattress...kinda).  I saw a video of a junior suite on Liberty, and this was the kind, so I was hoping it would be the case with Navigator.  If anyone has a recent photo of a sofabed on Navigator, that would be awesome.  I've looked online, but all I see are stock photos of rooms with the sofa not open.
