tuc Posted January 29, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 29, 2006 Does anyone have comments about the inside cabins on the Verandah level of the Fantasy class (Fantasy, Ecstasy, Sensation, Fascination, Imagination, Inspiration, Elation, Paradise) ships? I'm sort of intrigued by the location, but my spouse isn't and would much prefer a 6a cabin for the same price. Does the cabin itself differ at all from the 4a-4d ones? I did see one post somewhere that implied the steward was topper knotch, for what that's worth.
SueW Posted January 29, 2006 #2 Share Posted January 29, 2006 My sister and I had a 4E the year before last on the Fascination and Loved it. They all seem to be layed out the same, but the location was great. I smoke, but not in the cabin. I would just go out of the cabin go around the atrium space to go outside and have my cigarette. Also good for going to the buffet for a plate to take back to the room. We were in V-40 the 1st inside cabin on the right. Very quiet, since not may cabins are in this area. Also good if you forgot something in the room, you could go back and get it without traveling the whole ship.
mrdood Posted January 29, 2006 #3 Share Posted January 29, 2006 and I look forward to moving thoughout the ship to get places. It is part of the experience for me. Also never had a cabin steward problem from inside room to balcony on the Liberty - so that would not be a reason for me either.
travel girl23 Posted January 29, 2006 #4 Share Posted January 29, 2006 We had room V36 on the Elation two cruises ago and loved it. The hallway leads to the observation deck (which is DH's favorite place!!!) We loved the room and the deck. All inside rooms are the same so once inside the room you could be on any deck.
