Steakhouse Question

Has anyone asked if they could order a side dish as an appetizer? I'm not a fan of the appetizers, so I usually just order them for my husband, however it crossed my mind to ask if they could give me a side of potatoes or mac and cheese as an appetizer instead. I'll find out when we go next week, and obviously it isn't a big deal if they cant, I was just curious :)

Don't know about the Steakhouse but they definitely did in the MDR on the Legend last week. I know because I did that very thing!

Do post back if it was allowed.  I am going on the Liberty at the end of the month and would love a side instead of an appetizer.
