latest boarding time on Hong Kong cruise not departing until 2nd night

Our cruise, leaving out of Hong Kong, officially starts on Saturday, but does not leave Hong Kong until Sunday night around 8pm.   Usually we try to board ships at the start of boarding (i.e. around 11am) but in this case, if we wanted to sight see on Saturday, how late could be board the ship on Saturday afternoon?  Does anyone know?

Have you contacted Celebrity?  That is option 1.  In reality it likely depends on the hours local security, customs and immigration are open.  We did this with Azamara in Scotland and boarded about 8PM following a day of touring.
