When can I pre-book shows and meals?

I apologize in advance but I could find the answer by searching. I am 90 days out from my Bliss cruise. I thought that as a Platinum cruiser I could book shows and restaurants today but my Vacation Explore and Plan still says things are not available to book. Am I wrong about the number of days out you can book?

I'd call NCL.  You should have been able to book at 120 days.
