Carnival Freedom Themes and Ironing

My wife and I are preparing to sail out on the Freedom on Sept 9.

I have a few questions...

1. Are there any theme nights or theme parties on the ship?

I did find this, is it legit? 6 Day Cruises or longer include a Mexican Mega Deck Party, 80s Rock'n'Glow Deck Party and Theme Night in the dining room plus a Caribbean/Island Theme Night in the dining room.

2. Do the self service laundry rooms offer an iron and ironing board?
