Accra or Mullins?

We'll be in Barbados for a day February 16 and we're looking for a nice sandy beach with restrooms/shower and a snack bar or restaurant. We'd prefer something on the quieter side without a ton of water sport activities going on. My husband and daughters (ages 9 and 7) would like to try some snorkeling off the beach but they are all novices and I don't want them going out too far. Well my girls, anyway. My hubby is on his own!;) We've heard good things about both these beaches but if anyone can recommend one over the other, I would appreciate any and all advice.

Thanks for your help!
