Cable & Wireless has a communication station right next to the north terminal. (Cable & Wireless is the largest phone company in Cayman.) Not sure what they charge.

Acoording to the C&W company website, the Communication Station offers phone, phone card, fax, email, internet, and photocopying services. Five internet pay stations accept payment in US dollars or by credit card.

There are a few other internet stations scattered around the island. At some of those places, connection is usually about US$5 per hour, or a little less. Should give you an idea of the local market.
