(Cable & Wireless is the largest phone company in Cayman.) Not sure what they charge. Acoording to the C&W company website, the Communication Station offers phone, phone card, fax, email, internet, and photocopying services. Five internet pay stations accept payment in US dollars or by credit card. There are a few other internet stations scattered around the island.
