This will be our 2nd cruise on the Jewel of the Seas. It's a beautiful ship. This 14-night transatlantic itinerary is a perfect mix of sea days and 5 great ports (Bermuda, Lisbon, Vigo, Le Havre and Zeebrugge).

It's 7 weeks away, there's still space, and it will be a great trip after a bizarre New England winter.

My partner and I are considering (male couple in late 30's). Any cabin advice you could share? We are considering the mini suite. (some great prices right now)

 

What is your opinion on the restaurants on board? We haven't been on NCL before.

DaveBo: This not the NCL Jewel transatlantic. This the Royal Caribbean transatlantic on "Jewel of the Seas." I can't comment on NCL, as I haven't sailed them. Either cruise would be a great getaway.

We are booked on the NCL Jewel and it is a fantastic ship! The Mini Suites are great! Service and food are excellent and the ports we go Azores, Madeira, Rome, Florence, Nice and Barcelona very interesting!

I would prefer NCL over RCCL! I'm in my mid 30's (still26) and my partner in his 40's!
