Can anyone suggest a decent horse back riding tour not sponsored by the cruiselines?

I would like to hear from people that have been on these tours and ....and please dont get me wrong...but I would like to hear from people who have NOT just signed up to respond to this post or have only signed up and posted a couple of threads about a particular operator. I am on to those guys if you know what I mean. :D

Email Smugglers Run. We went on the horseback excursion/lunch on our January 2006 cruise on the Carnival Miracle. I posted about it a few days ago but am happy to answer any questions. My DD, age 6, her cousin, also 6, another cousin, age 11, my stepfather, brother-in-law, and I went. It was amazing.
