Club Royale Question - free cruise

I have a question about the club royale free cruise. I was awarded one from a cruise about 9 months ago, and it will be expiring in a few months. I'm not sure if I will be able to use it. Am I allowed to give the free cruise to someone else like a friend or family member, or do I have to be listed on the stateroom?

Unfortunately,  they are not transferable.  Usually the free cruises you win in the casino have to be booked within 30 days of receiving and sailing within1 year.

If you're talking about the free annual cruise it must be taken by March 31st. Use it or lose it. Non-Transferable.

Ok Thanks. I wonder if I could book it for my family with my name on the stateroom (3 people), but If I cant show up, they can still use it? (Paying the extra 3rd person fee)

You probably can't use it now unfortunately as you haven't booked within 30 days.  They're strict with this now.  They did make an exception for us when there was a mix up with the voucher so no harm in trying your luck.

You can not do this at all unfortunately. If you are not there at the time of boarding they will charge your family members the fare for the entire cruise. You have to be there to get the free cruise.. Your the one who gambles which is why you get the free cruise because they assume you will gamble again which will offset the cost of giving a free cruise...
