Escape picture backgrounds

We’re sailing out of Miami on the escape the end of this month and I realize it’ll only be the second trip out of Miami for this itinerary in November, but I’m wondering if anyone knows how the picture backgrounds work. Are the same backgrounds used every night or do they change nightly?  And what nights are the photos normally taken?
