I'm sure this is redundant

Are the rooms non-smoking? Because on my last cruise my room had a real smoking problem and it took until the fourth day to find that there was a small family of Cubans selling cigars out of my closet. Is this a common occurance?

Can I smoke cigars on my balcony, while singing along at the top my lungs to my special-brought-it-all-the-way-from-home-reggae-music? I know I forgot to pack earphones, but do you think my neighbors will mind? Can I do this naked? Are bathrobes provided?

LindanadJeff, I love your answers!

I'm wondering if the 3-day old infant is the same one that is born in the whirlpool if you go on the cruise 9 months pregnant. Just make sure you have at least a 4 night cruise to pull this off.

Thanks cruisechick! Thanks also to SableCheyenne who started the thread. I have fun writing new responses because this thread is funny and some of the other threads are becoming kind of nasty lately.

P.S. I am pretty sure that the 3 day old infant is the one born in the whirlpool, but the mom almost didn't make it to the whirlpool because most of the whirlpools were either closed for cleaning or weren't warm enough and when she did find a whirlpool that was just right there wasn't an available lounge chair in sight because someone already had saved them with their old shoes:rolleyes: !

Can someone teach me a good way to find my previous posts? I always used to click on my own name in that box. It's time to think OUT of the box, I guess. I'm tired of scrolling through all the posts until I find one with the "you've posted in this thread" symbol.

And Sable, am I allowed to throw a towel and book overboard because I haven't seen anyone in that seat for at least 2 minutes now? ;)

I always click on User CP and it brings up recent threads I've subscribed to. Then click all subscribed threads.

Sable ...I'm fairly new but let's see if I got it yet...

How early can I board? Not soon enough And why the heck can't the damn crew move faster so I can get on the damn ship NOW? Because they are too busy counting their tips and using their prepaid phone cards while ignoring the bed spreads and throwing aways people's old underwear and over-the-door shoe pockets used to store stuff in the bathroom

How early can I get off? If you drink everything you bring on with you you will have no luggage to carry off so you can leave whenever you want. And what color tag do I have to steal to get off first? The Captain's cute...date him a few times and you can disembark whenever you want!

The ship docks at 8AM and I have a 8:15AM flight. Am I giving myself enough time? Plenty...see previous answer...I'm sure the captain can arrange use of the heliport. Besides, if you miss your flight RC has insurance and I am sure they can cover it...they owe you.

How many formal nights, and do I REALLY have to dress formally? No blue jeans in the dining room EVER??? You have got to be kidding!!!! Remember, it only says jacket and tie, no pants are required. If you must wear pants try black jeans with a tee shirt that looks like a tuxedo (but be sure it has been washed a few thousand times so that the silk screen doesn't look so new).

Can I bring every bottle of every type of booze ever known to man on board? Yes, but be sure to hide it in your check through and remember the 50 pound limit...you should be fine with 16 pairs of shoes, a jacket, a tie, a swim suit and the rest can be liquor. Be sure to tip your waiter on the first night and he will waive the corkage. Alternatively, if you do the date the captain thing, liquor and corkage will not be an issue.

I have never cruised RCI before, only Princess or Carnival or NCL. Give me an ENTIRE ten page synopisis of the difference between the two. I've condensed it to 3 words: active, geriatric, deceased.

I'm nine months pregnant, should I cruise? That's why the ship has a hospital and the whirlpool could be used as a birthing pool. Tequila is better than an epidermal anyday. (however, please note, pregnancy may jeopardize you dating the captain which may effect alcohol consumption and disembarkation times.

I am bringing a 3 day old infant. Will I have a great time? Sure...just be sure to leave enough diapers with her at the child care center...and remember to pick her up before you disembark. Will the people at my table be incredibly understanding? Non-issue...she'll never be at the table with you. Will the people on either side of my cabin be incredibly understanding? Don't worry, they will either be too drunk to hear her or the noise from their balcony shenanigans will muffle it out. It your baby cries too much they will have a good excuse to go to the casino.

I am bringing a group of surly, rebellious teens and putting them in a room of their own because I really don't want to deal with it. Will RCI take total responsibility for their entertainment and safety? Absolutely. And if anyone ever complains about them be sure to go to the purser and tell him/her that these people or cruise staff member embarassed your children and you and ruined your cruise, so you should all be entitled to a free cruise.

I missed a port due to an earthquake that destroyed the entire country along with the entire population of the place that RCI listed as a port. Do I get my entire fare back? And if not, why not? Need more information...did you buy the insurance?

If RCI sends me my documents and I don't do the moronic "doc dance", will I be denied boarding? If you already printed your Set Sail pass, no. If, however, you didn't print your set sail pass you will be denied boarding until the last minute when all of the good dining room tables will be gone, the spa appointments will be gone, the reservations at Portofino's and Chops will be gone and your main dining room waiter and room steward will be annoyed that you didn't get there early enough to give them an advance tip.

Well that is a partial list of some of my faves.

So anyway, what happened to the who is logged in box? Without it the bb runs faster?!?!?

If it doesn't ever come back, can I sue? I know a good attorney...but you may want to hire a forensic specialist first.

Hysterical!!! Thanks!
