Anyone have a good hotel in Tampa that offers free shuttles to/from the airport and to the port?

HOLIDAY INN CITY CENTRE offers free shuttle to port. You had to get a taxi from airport though (approx $20). I went in 2003/08. I could not find one that would do both. And at the time I search Expedia and called each hotel to double check.
