Complimentary Celebrity Cruise Offer from Local Casino

Hi, I have been on Norwegian and Princess cruise using local casino offers that allowed me to book any interior rooms on any deck. For the Norwegian cruise, I was able to double dip and get the same promotion that they were offering such as the free specialty dining. I was wondering for those who have used a free cruise offer from Celebrity, were you able to book rooms on any deck as long as it is the same room Class (Interior, OV, etc.)? Also, were you able to get the current offers that they were running? Thanks in advance!
